Mayday Parade StubHub Bio

This is a pop punk band from Tallahassee, the capital of the state of Florida. It arose when the groups’ Kid Named Chicago and Defining Moment merged. They recorded their first EP in 2006 and distributed it themselves, without label support. It was a success – the guys sold more than 20,000 copies. Concerts and close communication with fans on MySpace helped him. As a result, in the summer of 2006, a contract was signed with Fearless Records, and a year later the debut album “A Lesson in Romantics” was released. Shortly after the recording of the album, Jason Lancaster, the guitarist and one of the vocalists, left the band. The guys had creative differences… But Jason created his band, Go Radio. In 2009, the band changed their label – now Atlantic Records is responsible for them. In the same year, the second album, “Anywhere But Here”, was presented to the fans. He was greeted with undying enthusiasm. The band released their third album with the same name “Mayday Parade” on October 4, 2011, debuting at number 12 on the US Billboard 200 chart, and also selling more than 26,800 copies in its first week.
